Review: Physician’s Formula Eye Booster 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner + Serum
WOW! I tried this liquid eyeliner from Physician’s Formula in Ultra Black today and it did not smudge for the entire day. My eyeliner was still in place when I got home. I have used the ELF liquid eyeliner, Clinique eyeliner, and Sephora eyeliner. My skin is so oily that these eyeliners do not last. They smudge and smear. By midday, I look like a raccoon.
I like that it’s a pen size, easy to hold and control. The ELF liquid liner is a tiny pot. The brush handle is small as a nail polish top.
I purchased it based on Jean’s recommendation on her youtube vblog. It costs only $9.95 at Target. And the kicker is it’s supposed to enhance my lashes making them longer! 2 in 1 deal for a STEAL!
